Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our products and click on any items that you wish to buy, using the "Add To Cart" button. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

A confirmation email will automatically be sent on completion of an order to all customers that supply us with an email address and pay via credit card, please keep this as proof of purchase. There is also a receipt displayed at the end of the checkout process, this can either be saved to your computer by choosing File then Save As... from the top left hand corner of your browser window or simply printed off by clicking the "Send To Printer" button.

We accept the following credit cards. Visa, UK Delta, UK Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Switch and Solo.

Payments via cheque/bankers draft should be made payable to Heaven 4 Hair.
If you are sending payment via cheque, it will need to be cleared before goods are sent.
If you are sending payment via bankers draft, goods can be sent the same day.
Postal orders should be made payable to Heaven 4 Hair.
If you are sending payment via postal order, goods can be sent the same day.

Should a parcel be delivered in a damaged condition please refuse the parcel or sign for it as damaged and contact us as soon as possible. All parcels are insured. Parcels may be delivered to an address other than the registered credit card address for ease of delivery, such as to a neighbour or workplace. Please be aware that when placing the order we must have the registered credit card address as well for security purposes.

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. All orders received before 2pm are processed the same day Monday to Friday. Orders are normally delivered within 3 business days (Excludes Weekends).

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you, but before we do so you will be emailed with the option to wait for the item to be re-stocked, have an alternative item, or cancel your order.

We use HSBC secure-epayments to process all our credit card orders, this service offers 128bit encryption providing a high level of security.
